Fabian Goppelsröder

Prof. Dr. Fabian Goppelsröder (born 1977) is a Professor of Art and Theory at the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe since 2023 and has served as Vice President (Prorektor) since November 2023. His work bridges art theory, philosophy, and media aesthetics, focusing on gestures, precarity, and digital culture. He previously held positions at HBK Braunschweig, Studio Aisslinger, and institutions in Berlin, Zurich, and Chicago.
