Dr Ewan Smith is an Associate Professor in Public Law at the Faculty of Laws, University College London (since 2022). He holds a DPhil from Oxford University, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and a B.A. (Hons) from Oxford. Previously, he was a Fellow at Christ Church, Oxford, and a Shaw Foundation Junior Research Fellow at Jesus College, Oxford.
