Evgenya Shkolnik is a Professor of Astrophysics at the School of Earth and Space Exploration (SESE) at Arizona State University (ASU), and serves as Associate Director of the Interplanetary Initiative. Her research focuses on exoplanets, stars (including the Sun), stellar activity, and planetary habitability. She uses ground- and space-based telescopes to study star-planet interactions and designs small space telescopes for future experiments.
Education: NRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Hawaii.
Research interests include stellar evolution, planetary habitability, and observational astrophysics. Current projects include the SPARCS initiative and Team Dynamos.
