Esther Alcindor is Associate Professor and Chair of Early and Elementary Education in Liberty University's School of Education. Holding a doctorate from Regent University, her career includes K-12 teaching experience where she developed PETAL (Promoting Excellence Through Accelerating Learning) to increase minority participation in advanced mathematics and received Teacher of the Year recognition.
