Erwin van Sas

Erwin van Sas is an Associate Professor at University College Utrecht (UCU), Utrecht University. He has held various roles since joining Utrecht University in 1996, including Cluster Chair of Cluster 1 at UCU (2020-present), which integrates disciplines like Economics, Physics, Chemistry, and Sociology. He specializes in interdisciplinary economics education, teaching courses such as Gastronomy: The Arts and Sciences of Food and Economics courses.
