Erin Webber is a Lecturer in Oboe at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and also serves as an oboe instructor at the University of the Incarnate Word. She maintains a private studio in San Antonio and operates a successful online reed business. Webber is principal oboe with Symphony Viva and San Antonio Sinfonietta, a founding member of the chamber ensemble San Antonio Harmonie, and an active collaborator in regional orchestras and musical theater pit orchestras.

Her research and professional interests span music performance, oboe pedagogy, chamber ensemble dynamics, entrepreneurial ventures in music, and composition. She is a published composer under her maiden name, Goad, and has been featured in recordings and international conferences.
Webber contributes to music education through masterclass instruction at the Bocal Majority/Operation Oboe San Antonio camp and private teaching.
