Erin Paradise

Erin Paradise is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Organizations at the Eller College of Management, University of Arizona. Her expertise spans organizational leadership, public speaking, talent development, and business communication. She teaches courses including Organizational Behavior, Leadership in Organizations, and Business Communication, emphasizing student skill-building and risk-taking in professional contexts.

Education:

• Ed.D. in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education from Johns Hopkins University
• M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University
• B.F.A. in Theatre Arts Education and Outreach from the University of Arizona

Dr. Paradise contributes to university leadership initiatives as a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Fellow, focusing on programs to support Latinx students and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) efforts. Her research examines intersections between self-efficacy, culturally-responsive workplace practices, compassionate leadership, and professional development.

Prior to her current role, she served as Head of School for BASIS Tucson North, a top-ranked public charter school, and mentored leaders across 27 schools in the BASIS network. She remains active in community organizations related to leadership, theatre arts, athletics, and service.
