Dr. Erin Heath is an Associate Dean and Professor of English at Wayland Baptist University's School of Languages and Literature. She holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with minors in Cinema and Media Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies. Her work focuses on mental health representation in film and popular culture, as evidenced by her book published in 2020. She teaches at the Plainview, Texas campus in Gates Hall.
