Ashley Edlin

Ashley Edlin is an Assistant Professor of English at Wayland Baptist University (WBU), located in Plainview, Texas. She is affiliated with the School of Humanities and Leadership, specializing in composition and rhetoric, technical communication, and creative writing. Her teaching portfolio includes courses on composition and reading, professional writing, and academic writing skills.

Edlin holds a BA and MA in English from WBU, complemented by an MFA in Writing from Lindenwood University. Her scholarly work includes co-authored journal articles in technical communication and creative works published in Embers. She recently co-authored the textbook Level Up: Gaining the Skills to Write at the College Level and its companion workbook with Dr. Kimberlee Mendoza, designed to support college-level writing instruction.
