Erin Burton

Erin Burton, DVM, MS, DACVP, is the Senior Associate Dean of Academic & Student Affairs at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota. She also serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences, contributing to clinical research ethics and education initiatives. Dr. Burton is affiliated with the Microbiome and Antibiotic Resistance cluster and the Teaching Group.

• Education: DVM from Ross University, MS in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Missouri, BS in Biology from Arizona State University

Her research interests align with clinical pathology and biomedical sciences, emphasizing ethical standards in veterinary medicine. She contributes to academic leadership, student affairs, and interdisciplinary collaborations in microbiome studies.
