Erik Röder

Prof. Dr. Erik Röder holds the Chair of Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Corporate Tax Law at the School of Law, University of Mannheim. His research and teaching focus on civil law, corporate law, and corporate tax law, including accounting law.

Key research areas include corporate taxation, legal reform, and accounting compliance, with a recent emphasis on simplifying bureaucratic processes in tax systems.
