Erica Litke

Erica Litke is an Associate Professor in the School of Education at the University of Delaware, with a dual role as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Her research focuses on improving instructional quality in mathematics education, particularly in algebra and data/statistics, and addressing equity in mathematics policies. She has extensive experience as a high school teacher and has developed observation tools to measure teaching practices.
