Erica Hansen is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Arizona. She previously worked in New Zealand as a clinical audiologist and trainer for a hearing aid manufacturer, and taught at Northern Arizona University. Her clinical experience spans private practice, ENT clinics, and hospital settings.
Education: Earned a Bachelor's in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Arizona and a Doctorate in Audiology from Central Michigan University.
Research Interests: Focuses on clinical audiology, implantable hearing devices, and hearing aid technology. Engages in humanitarian audiology through volunteer missions to Panama, Fiji, and Mexico, merging clinical practice with global health advocacy.
