Eric Wagner

Prof. Dr. Eric Wagner is an Honorary Professor at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), appointed in 2021. He specializes in commercial law, with a focus on product liability, ESG compliance, e-commerce, autonomous driving, and Industry 4.0. As a partner at Gleiss Lutz, he represents clients in contract drafting and litigation before state courts and international arbitration tribunals.
