Eldy Quintanilla Roche is an international arbitration specialist with dual legal qualifications in civil and common law jurisdictions. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at King & Spalding's International Arbitration team and Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law's International Arbitration LL.M. Program since 2022.

Specializing in energy, mining, and infrastructure disputes, she represents clients in investor-state and commercial arbitrations before ICSID, ICC, and UNCITRAL tribunals. Recent publications focus on energy arbitration complexities and offshore decommissioning liabilities. She has been recognized with Best Lawyers 'Ones to Watch' awards for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation in 2021-2022.
