Eric Tsai is a Professor of Finance at the School of Business, State University of New York at Oswego. He joined the faculty in 2002 and teaches courses such as Corporate Finance, Financial Options and Futures, and Managerial Finance. His research focuses on corporate finance, international finance, and investments, with his doctoral dissertation addressing corporate international investments.
Dr. Tsai holds a B.B.A. from Tunghai University (Taiwan), an MBA in Finance from SUNY Buffalo, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Temple University (2002). He has received the Best Paper Award at the Academic Business World International Conference.
He advises students in finance-related fields and maintains active engagement in academic conferences. Office hours for Spring 2025 are announced via BrightSpace or course emails, with Zoom access provided for remote participation.
