Eric Hemer

Eric Hemer serves as Assistant Professor and Senior Vice President, Product Education for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, where he oversees wine, spirits, and beverage production education across 45 US markets, Canada, and the Caribbean. He also advises the Beverage Academy and Wine Guild at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
