Eric Heinze is a Professor of International and Area Studies and Interim Associate Dean at the David L. Boren College of International Studies, University of Oklahoma. Holding the prestigious Max & Heidi Berry Chair of International Studies, he specializes in the ethical and legal dimensions of international relations, with particular emphasis on armed conflict, human rights, and genocide prevention.
