Eric Feldhake

Eric Feldhake is an Adjunct Professor specializing in Financing and Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship at Rowan University's School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He is a shareholder at Kulzer & DiPadova law firm with expertise in tax law, business advisory, and estate planning.

Professor Feldhake holds law licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He actively participates in legal associations including the American Bar Association and serves as Co-Chairperson of the Tax Committee for the Camden County Bar Association.

His military service includes retiring as a Major in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Army Reserves. From 2006-2017, he taught Trust and Estate Taxation at the Judge Advocate General School and University of Virginia School of Law.
