Emmie Thompson

Emmie Thompson is an Assistant Professor of Theological Studies at Covenant College, specializing in Biblical and Theological Studies. She joined the faculty in 2024 and holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Biblical & Theological Studies from Covenant College, an M.A. in Teaching from the same institution, and an M.A. in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando. Her work integrates youth ministry, relational discipleship, and practical theology with a Neo-Calvinist theological framework influenced by figures like Herman Bavinck.

Her research emphasizes the church’s role in fostering intergenerational relationships, addressing youth loneliness, and maintaining discipleship beyond high school.
