Emmanuel Skoufias is a Visiting Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1981) and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota (1988). His career includes roles as an Assistant Professor at Pennsylvania State University, Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, and Senior Research Fellow at IFPRI.
