Emma Creighton

Emma Creighton is an Assistant Lecturer at the National College of Art and Design’s School of Design, where she coordinates the MA in Interaction Design and teaches undergraduate/postgraduate programs. Her research focuses on the efficacy of design learning for adolescents and technology-enhanced platforms for free play.

She investigates design pedagogy as an educational intervention, with EU-funded projects including PELARS (Practice Based Experiential Learning Analytics) and TFE (Task Furniture in Education). Her work emphasizes out-of-school learning environments and playful technology.
