Emily Richard is Associate Professor and Associate Dean (Moncton) at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Nursing. She holds a PhD in Nursing from Western University, BScN from Western, MSc in Kinesiology from McMaster, and BKin from Acadia University. Her research examines nursing workforce development and healthcare leadership.

Dr. Richard leads projects on remote health monitoring technologies and workplace assistance programs. Her publications examine nurse career sustainability, compassion fatigue mitigation, and fall prevention interventions. Research grants include the CIHR eHealth Innovations Partnership Program ($1.48M) and Healthy Seniors Pilot Project ($3.09M).
