Emily Nadeau serves as Professor of Practice in Business Law and Assistant General Counsel at Stonehill College since 2023, integrating legal expertise with business education through an engaging, student-centered classroom approach focused on real-world applications.

Her academic credentials include:

• J.D. (Summa Cum Laude) from Pace University School of Law
• B.S. in Management & International Business from Fairfield University

Nadeau's expertise spans Business Law, Higher Education Law, Employment Law, Disability Law, Intellectual Property, and Contract Law. Her background in disability rights advocacy, family law, and policy development informs her practical teaching methodology, emphasizing critical analysis of legal frameworks shaping business and higher education operations. She actively connects classroom concepts to institutional compliance challenges.

As faculty, she teaches Legal Environment of Business and First-Year Business Experience while advising the College on federal/state regulations, contract review, and administrative law matters.
