Emily Myers

Emily Myers is a Professor of Animation at Savannah College of Art and Design with concurrent part-time positions at Portland Community College. A specialist in stop-motion animation and puppet fabrication, her work has been featured in major productions including Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio and exhibitions at MoMA and Museum of Pop Culture.

Her research explores innovative techniques in character design and experimental animation processes. Myers has received multiple honors including SCAD's Emerging Alumna Award and grants from the Regional Arts and Culture Council.
