Emily Haynes

Emily Haynes is a Research Fellow at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health within the University of Exeter Medical School. She is a Registered Dietitian (HCPC) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Her research examines:

• Health/environmental impacts of dietary shifts
• Local food production systems
• Nutrition in Small Island Developing States
• Agroecological approaches to food security

She leads research in the NIHR-funded Global CFaH project focused on community-based food production in Fiji and the Caribbean.
