Emer O'Sullivan

Prof. Dr. Emer O'Sullivan is Professor of English Literature at the Institute of English Studies, Leuphana University Lüneburg, holding this position since 2004. She concurrently serves as Dean of Studies for the Leuphana Semester and Complementary Studies (since 2018) and sits on the university's Board of Trustees (since 2018).

She explores national stereotypes' aesthetic functions in literary texts and co-authored eight bilingual children's books with Dietmar Rösler, bridging theoretical scholarship with practical pedagogical applications.
