Ellen Bell

Ellen Bell is an Educational Technologist at Ulster University's Centre For Digital Learning Enhancement within the Learning Enhancement Directorate. She holds a PhD in Education (2021) and combines academic research with 17 years of industry experience in digital content production at organizations like BBC Northern Ireland and her own production company, Digital Key. Her work focuses on innovative educational technologies, usability in digital resources, and leveraging digital archives for teaching.
