Elizabeth McCormack is a lecturer in Vocal Performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with an extensive performance career spanning major opera companies including Scottish Opera, English National Opera, and Opera North. She has performed roles such as Suzuki in Madama Butterfly and Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro across European venues including the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris and Opera Bastille.
She is an award-winning vocalist, having received the Decca-Kathleen Ferrier Prize, Royal Overseas League Music Competition award, and Isobel Baillie Performance Award. She represented Scotland in Cardiff Singer of the World 1993.
