Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Naurath is a Professor of Evangelical Theology with a focus on Religious Education and Didactics of Religious Education at the University of Augsburg since 2013. She leads the Research and Coordination Center for Interreligious Education and founded the Peace Education Center for Interreligious Education (FripZiB). Her work emphasizes peace education, interreligious dialogue, and environmental ethics. She serves as Chair of Religions for Peace Germany and Vice-President of Religions for Peace Europe, advocating for religious contributions to global peace and sustainability.
