Hans Gustafson

Dr. Hans Gustafson is Senior Adjunct Faculty at the University of St. Thomas and Director of the Jay Phillips Center for Interreligious Studies. He teaches theology and interreligious studies, focusing on dialogue methodologies, religious pluralism, and lived religion.

Education includes a PhD in Religion and MAs in Theology/Philosophy. His research develops frameworks for interreligious engagement, especially through 'holy envy' and 'lived religion' approaches. Recent publications examine transreligious theology and sacramental spirituality.
