Elisabeth Kelan

Elisabeth Kelan is a Professor of Leadership and Organisation at King's Business School, King's College London. She specializes in digitalisation, diversity, gender equality (SDG 5), and the future of work. Her research explores inclusive leadership, gender dynamics in organizations, and the impact of AI on workplace inclusion.
