Elin Strand

Professor Elin Strand is a biomedical laboratory scientist and cell biologist at the Department of Safety, Chemistry and Biomedical Laboratory Sciences at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. With a PhD in Nutritional Biology, her research focuses on metabolites related to fatty acid metabolism as biomarkers, aiming to develop personalized nutrition recommendations through epidemiological and experimental studies.
