Elin Røkeberg Lid is a PhD Research Fellow at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Agder. Her research focuses on algebraic thinking, curriculum development in mathematics education, and special education strategies. She has extensive experience as a primary school teacher in Sandnes municipality (2001–2022) and has contributed to national mathematics curriculum initiatives through Udir's Fagfornyelsen project.
Her academic background includes a Master's in Mathematics Education (University of Bergen, 2011–2015) and prior studies in didactics, statistics, and research methodology (University of Oslo, 1998–1999). She is affiliated with the Mathematical Thinking in Schools (MaThS) research group.
