Dr. Elena Marchiori is a Professor at the University of Italian Switzerland (USI), affiliated with the Faculty of Communication, Culture and Society and the Institute of Digital Technologies for Communication. She coordinates the Lugano Living Lab, an urban laboratory partnership between USI and the City of Lugano, and serves as General Secretary of the Swiss Chapter of the International Federation for Information Technologies in Travel and Tourism (IFITT).
