Edwin Gitschthaler serves as Honorary Professor of Civil Law at the University of Vienna's Faculty of Law, Institute for Civil Law, and lectures at Sigmund Freud Private University of Vienna. He concurrently holds the position of Chairman of the 6th Senate of the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH), specializing in corporate law, commercial register law, and data protection.
