Edward J. Jepson, Jr. is a Lecturer in the Urban Planning Program at the University of Kansas. He concurrently teaches online planning courses at the University of Oregon and Florida Atlantic University. Previously, he served as a professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Tennessee until its program termination in 2009. He co-authored Fundamentals of Plan Making (2nd edition), detailing planning analysis and comprehensive plan preparation. His work bridges academic and practical dimensions of urban development, emphasizing actionable strategies for sustainable communities.
