Edward Barrett is a Researcher at the United States Naval Academy's Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in political theory from the University of Chicago and previously served as a Special Assistant to the Catholic Archbishop of Chicago. His career combines academic expertise in ethics and political theory with over two decades of military service as an Air Force C-130 instructor pilot, culminating in his retirement as a Colonel in 2013.
