James E. Fagan

James E. Fagan is a Detachment Instructor of Aerospace Studies at Texas Christian University (TCU), affiliated with the AddRan College. A retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Oklahoma and advanced degrees in Global Security and Military Operational Art. His military career included roles as an intelligence officer, director of operations, and strategic engagement lead at the U.S. Department of State. Fagan’s expertise spans national security, defense strategy, and aviation leadership, reflected in his extensive service across Air Force bases and international assignments.
