Duvac Constantin

Prof. Dr. habil. Duvac Constantin serves as Professor and Dean at the Faculty of Law, Romanian-American University since 2020. He obtained his doctorate in criminal law (2008) and habilitation (2016) from the Romanian Academy. His academic journey includes postgraduate studies in Criminal Legal Sciences, International Business Law, Administrative Sciences, Management, and National Security Issues (1998-2013). As PhD supervisor (since 2019) and Editor-in-Chief of the Criminal Law Journal (since 2012), he shapes legal scholarship through mentorship and editorial leadership.
