Dusan Simovic

Dusan Simovic is a Lecturer at JAM Vienna in the Bass Department, specializing in jazz and popular music education. His academic journey includes a 1998 diploma in classical guitar from the University of Art in Graz, a 2008 Bachelor's degree in Jazz Double Bass from the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, and a 2024 Instrumental Pedagogy Diploma in Bass (Jazz/Pop) from the Friedrich Gulda School of Music Vienna.

He has participated in workshops with renowned artists including Joe Pass, Wynton Marsalis, and Dave Liebman, and collaborated with international musicians such as Dena DeRose, Kevin Mahogany, and Stjepko Gut.
