Drew Bonner is a graduating MA student in Sociology at George Mason University and serves as a Graduate Professional Assistant within University Life’s Office of Assessment and Planning. His research focuses on food environments, food insecurity, food justice, and nutrition education, with a commitment to equitable and ethical methodologies in social science research.

He plans to continue his academic career as a Sociology PhD student starting in Fall 2021, with a focus on advancing food and nutrition education initiatives for social change.
