Chelsea Foudray

Chelsea Foudray is a postdoctoral researcher in the Early Justice Strategies Lab at George Mason University's Department of Criminology, Law and Society. She holds a PhD (2023), MA (2020), and dual bachelor's degrees (2017) from George Mason University and the University of Mount Olive. Her research focuses on pretrial processes, community supervision, corrections, and the intersection of law and psychology. Notable work includes studies on risk assessments, court notifications for improving appearance rates, and proxy assessments in pretrial decision-making.
