Douglas Wayne Huffman is a Professor of Science Education and Associate Dean for Teacher Education and Undergraduate Programs at the University of Kansas. He joined the faculty in 2002 after working at the University of Minnesota. His academic background spans civil engineering, science education, and program evaluation. His primary research focuses on assessment and evaluation in science education, with emphasis on elementary science education.
