Doug Huffman

Dr. Douglas S. Huffman is Professor of New Testament at Biola University's Talbot School of Theology and Associate Dean of Biblical and Theological Studies. His expertise spans the Gospel of Luke, Acts of the Apostles, and Christian Thought applications to culture. As theological advisor to the TV series The Chosen, he provides scriptural consultation alongside Catholic priest David Guffey and Messianic rabbi Jason Sobel. Huffman's work emphasizes contextual biblical interpretation and combating theological movements like open theism through his contributions to books such as God Under Fire.
