Colonel Dory Leigh Hasson serves as Department Chair and Assistant Professor at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School, National Defense University. She holds graduate degrees from the Marine Corps War College and the University of Oklahoma, and is pursuing a doctoral degree in international relations at Salve Regina University.
Her military career includes roles as an Operations Officer on the Joint Staff J3, Executive Officer on the Air Staff, and staff positions at US Central Command and US Joint Forces Command. She commanded at the squadron level, served on Capitol Hill, and was a Fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy.
