Dominique Hempel Rodas is an Independent Senior Advisor and Lecturer specializing in international law, development cooperation, and capacity development. She holds over 25 years of experience, including senior roles in the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and international organizations such as the WHO, Global Fund, UNDP, and Interpeace. Her expertise spans legal counsel, program management, and training in development sectors.
