Dimitrina Kamenova

Dr. Dimitrina Kamenova is a Lecturer at Varna University of Management (VUMK), specializing in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior. Her research focuses on human resource management, conflict resolution, educational technologies, and leadership development. She has authored multiple monographs, including Dialogue of Management (2014), and contributed to over 40 peer-reviewed articles and conference presentations between 2012-2016. Her work emphasizes dialogic methodologies, postmodern educational contexts, and the integration of creativity into management training.

Her research spans topics such as Bulgarian national psychological characteristics, talent management strategies, and entrepreneurial education. Key publications include studies on mediation as a dialogic tool (2013), systemic approaches to entrepreneurial skill development (2012), and the role of creativity in modern education (2016). Dr. Kamenova has also developed instructional materials like Conflict Management (2012) and Managerial Competence in Bulgarian Language Education (2015).
