Dr. Diane Reed is an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership Program at St. John Fisher University's Ralph C. Wilson Jr. School of Education. She previously served as Superintendent of the Honeoye Falls-Lima School District for 14 years, leading it to national recognition for academic excellence and innovative programs. Her expertise spans leadership resilience, strategic planning, and educational technology integration.
Education: Ed.D. and M.A. in Education from the University of Rochester; B.A. from Roberts Wesleyan College.
Research Interests: Dr. Reed focuses on leadership resilience in turbulent environments, gender dynamics in educational administration, and strategies for fostering school-community partnerships.
