Diane Heath

Dr Diane Heath serves as an Academic Sessional in the Department of English at Canterbury Christ Church University's Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Education, focusing on medieval heritage research in East Kent.

Her research interests span Medieval Studies, Animal Studies, and Cultural Heritage, with primary contributions through the Medieval Animals Heritage Project for East Kent and its follow-up initiative Medieval Animals Heritage redux, examining historical animal roles in medieval society.

Collaborating with Dr Sheila Sweetinburgh on the initial project, Dr Heath actively advances understanding of East Kent's medieval cultural landscape through these heritage-focused research endeavors.
